Many retail employees are required to work early or late that day, and C-Tran is making it very difficult.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On top of that, C-Tran drivers have to use their own vacation time for those days off.  C-Tran has decided that if you're a rider, it's a holiday, but if you're a driver, it's a normal workday.
