C-Tran is going to have reduced service on 3 days that aren't even holidays: the days after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
The people who are making these decisions must forget that retail workers ride C-Tran. Many retail employees are required to work early or late that day, and C-Tran is making it very difficult.
On top of that, C-Tran drivers have to use their own vacation time for those days off. C-Tran has decided that if you're a rider, it's a holiday, but if you're a driver, it's a normal workday. Makes no sense to me.
When you read, you begin with $5, $10, $20

Interesting insight. That is quite wonky though... and definitely not an ideal situation.
Thanks for bringing it to my (and others) attention!
Also, BTW - added your link to my list of links on the site - keep up the awesome C-Tran blogging!
Christian, thanks for the comments and the link! Since this blog is brand new, I wasn't sure if anyone had even seen it yet.
